Low hemoglobin analyser Plasma/Low Hb with adapter

HemoCue Plasma / Low Hb analyser is intended for measuring low haemoglobin in serum, plasma and water solutions.

HemoCue Plasma / Low Hb provides ultimate accuracy of low haemoglobin measurement in different blood substances (hemoglobin in lavage and drainage fluid, laked hemoglobin of blood plasma, in urine at hematuria, etc.).

So far very complicated methods have been used for this measurement, which were inaccurate and time-consuming.

Nowadays HemoCue Plasma / Low Hb analyser allows to diagnose low hemoglobin in the range of 0-3.00 g/dL (0-30.0 g/L, 0-1.90 mmol/L).

Calibration: the photometer is calibrated at the plant in concordance with method, recommended by ICSH.

Mechanism: In a microcuvette a reaction with using of modified hematohistone method

takes place, then differential photometric measurements (570 nm and 880 nm) for turbidity

compencation is carried out.

Usage and storage procedure requirements:

Photometer: Storage temperature 0-50°C. Operating range 15-40°C.

Microcuvettes: must be stored at the temperature 15-30°C. An open container must be used during 3 months.
